  • New clients go through a simple onboarding process after first registering with us as a customer.

    Depending on the format of interpreting (remote or face to face), you could have access to an interpreter immediately after onboarding.

  • No, we do not provide on-demand telephone interpreting. All interpreting work is appointment-based, however, we are able to accommodate same-day and last minute requests, depending on language and interpreter availability.

  • Yes, all our interpreters are experienced professionals who adhere to confidentiality agreements and our Terms & Conditions.

  • Yes, we are able to facilitate video appointments by hosting them on our video conferencing platform.

    This service is charged separately from our core interpreting rates.

  • We are not able to provide conference/simultaneous interpreting for all languages listed on our website. Our specialisation lies in community/public service interpreting.
