Interpreters and Translators


We are always looking for confident, experienced interpreters and translators to join our pool of freelancers. We operate all across Scotland in all languages and dialects.

Administrative Assistant 

14 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

£21,840 per annum (pro-rata)

Do you have experience in a fast-paced administrative role? Are you passionate about customer service and businesses who make a difference?

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our small administrative team. Our ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing and managing appointment bookings and liaising with Voiceover customers and a substantial pool of freelance linguists while providing telephone customer service and managing email enquiries. You will have experience using Google Workspace and be motivated to learn to use Voiceover’s bespoke booking system. You will have the confidence to work on your own initiative and within a team environment.
